Upon completing his undergraduate education at Clark University in Worcester, MA, David M. Cooper, MD, FACS, attended Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (formerly UMDNJ) in Newark, NJ. He received his medical degree in 1985 and went on to conduct his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Cooper received board certification in the specialty of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and the subspecialty of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery from the American Board of Otolaryngology.
